2、发送填写后SDS/Label 委托书(化学品）（word档）至service@nrccsafety.com，并抄送对应业务员邮箱；
3、SDS/Label 委托书(化学品）审核通过后，请下载、打印、签字和盖章（每一页均需盖公章,提供PDF文档即可）；
4、送检单位须保证SDS/Label 委托书(化学品）中的信息与真实出货物相一致，如有不符，所涉及的检测费用、法律责任及其他后果均由客户自行承担 。
