《危险化学品登记管理办法》已经2012年5月21日国家安全生产监督管理总局局长办公会议审议通过，现予公布，自2012年8月1日起施行。原国家经济贸易委员会2002年10月8日公布的《危险化学品登记管理办法》同时废止。
